Dear Debbie and Family:
I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. What a great person and it was so great to have a wonderful neighbor has Frank. I will always remember the good times and also when Mr. Rinker started the Scarlet Knights Drum and Bugle Corp. Please remember all the great times and he will be in my heart forever. Take care.

Debbie and Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Frank was such a cool boss when I worked at the pool and the best Drum Corps Director we ever had. May your memories stay in your hearts forever.
Love,
