FRANKLIN ROTHWEILER Obituary

FRANKLIN R. JR., former Philadelphia resident, born August 20th, 1937, age 76, passed away at his home in Portsmouth VA, on Monday, February 3rd, 2014.
Frank was the beloved father of 6 children, Gina, Angela, Maria and husband Amir, Selina, Frank and wife Jessica, and Nicholas. He was the devoted grandfather to 6 grandchildren, Nicholas, Alex, Zach, Zayn, Zara, and Samantha. He will be sadly missed by his sisters, Elaine and MayGail; his brother, Jack and by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Howard and parents, Lorraine Walker and Franklin R. Rothweiler Sr.
Frank was the International Representative and Organizer for the International Union of Electrical Workers, retired in 2000. He proudly served 4 years in the US Navy assigned to the USS JAMES C. OWENS (DD-776). Frank was an active member of Northeast Catholic Alumni Assoc. and American Legion and was a devoted fan of Philadelphia sports.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday, February 8, from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at THE LAMB FUNERAL HOME (at Forest Hills), 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley PA 19006. His Funeral Service will follow at 1:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to the reunion.
