Not sure what to say?

I am late to see this in 2025. My tender condolences to the the family. I am sure he is missed but blessed he is with God. I hope with time, the love and good times are now most forward of mind to them. I dearly remember and love Marie who I went to school with. I think of her so often and would love to reconnect with her if possible. Our class may have a reunion for 45 this year, or 50. If that is not her thing, I can be reached on Facebook. I hope the whole family are well and...

I feel sad at this time with the Schley family. I remember Mr. Franklin being a big part of my youth...hanging out at his house with my best friend, 'Pop' Franklin, Jr.(we mowed everyone's lawn in the summer)....helping tomboy Lori climb Rev. Reeves tree.....talking with LaVon, David and my classmate Miriam....watching the Penn State vs. Missouri football game with him when Henry Brown played and talking with him about one of my favorite subjects-local history.
Rev. Schley was one of the...

Wow! Certain people always have a way of bringing back fond memories of you childhood. Mr Frank (I alwas called him that) is one of those people. He always had a kind and gentle disposition. He is one of the few people about whom I could say that I have never seen angry. I will also remeber him playing basketball with us on the school playground. You ain't been defensed (brusied and beat up) till you been defensed by Frank Schley. Just sitting here writing this brings a smile to face thinking...

It's been a while since I've seen Pastor Schley, I kept track of him through my sisters, who are still members of the Rose of Sharon. He served as my pastor for many years and I've always adored him and you as his loving bride. I know you will miss him, but God waited 87 years to welcome him Home, and now we are left with fond memories and reflections of the love and teachings he shared. So though you heart is heavy now, bye and bye, time will ease the pain and the love you shared will...

To the Schley Family:

My condolences to each and everyone of you.

I did not personally know Rev. Schley, but my aunt Lucille Ritter was a member of Turner Memorial, and Rev. Schley officiated at her husband Lester's homegoing.

May the grace of God comfort and sustain you during your bereavement and in the days ahead.

Mrs. Schley and Family:

The battlements of heaven were shaken, the golden gates flew open, the angels took up their positions and the saints are singing a heavenly song. There is joy in the kingdom because, another loyal and faithful servant has made his journey home. May the grace and mercy of God abide with you always

May God's peace be with you at this sorrowful time. He is in Heaven, happily sitting at the right hand of his Heavenly Father, whom he served on earth so well.
