Not sure what to say?

Be at peace my Kind, Gentle Friend. Frank will be missed by his friends and former co-workers at Venture Lighting. I enjoyed many conversations with Frank and had always hoped that he would find the love and acceptance he sought.

To the Stout family ,I am very sorry for your loss , Frank was a very sweet man , it was always a treat to run into him..My prayers are with the family during this time .. God Bless
Dina Pacino ( friend of Howard Taylor )

Frank, I am so happy for you, NOW You can have the PEACE, LOVE & COMFORT that you have searched for all you life!!! I was Blessed to know you and I will never forget your true words of encouragement everytime we talked. You were a true ANGEL just like your Mother. Say hello to your Mom for me and please tell my Dad I love him. Hope to see you again one day! save me a place at the table haha.

I'm glad and honored to have Frankie as a cousin. There are a few people in our lives that stand out and are remembered
that their life and smile was contagious. His is and his spirit will live on as we remember him and his pranks and laughter. We love you all ....

When we leave this life, we can only hope our life has touched someones life... Frankie touched my life when we were young children meeting at Grandma Stout's home. I have never forgotten his love of life and when I remember him. I can't help but smile. I loved him and I love his family. I was blessed to have known him.

I just saw the notice in today's paper...This is a shock to me and joe....Joe used to work with Frank at Hertz, and I used to invite Frank to my annual Halloween parties which he was always fun to have there, with his humor and politeness.....We will miss your presence this year, Frank.....We don't know what happened but we will definitely be at the wake today....God Bless You Frank.......your buddies Ron Novak and Joe Waltos
