Dear family of Frank Dugas, please accept my sympathies and condolences in our loss. Frank was a wonderful friend and lovely patient. I was glad to be a fellow member of our Lions Club and it was a pleasure helping him in my office. He and Kaye helped the Hearing Research Institute in our yearly visit to the children's hospitals in donations of toys for holiday times for hospitalized children. Frank was such a sweet guy and we will all miss him.
