I started going to Dr Duiven when I moved to Grand Rapids in 1063. I had a terrible fear of dentists and he helped me overcome that fear. He always explained what he was doing and answered any questions. He was so kind.

I only had the privilege of knowing Frank for a few short years, but in that time, he made a lasting impression on me. I would often help Frank and his wife Lois around their home on Walloon Lake-whether it was shoveling snow in the winter, yard work in the summer, or lending a hand with little projects around the house. What I´ll always remember most about Frank was his kindness and sincerity. No matter the task, he was always so grateful and genuine in the way he expressed his thanks....

Dr Duiven was my dentist back when I was a little girl up until he retired. Since I am 66 now, that was a long time! I still remember his kind and friendly manner and his ever present smile! He will be missed by all whose path he crossed... Thoughts and prayers to Lois and all of his family and friends at this sad and difficult time...
