I worked for Franz for a number of years helping to take care of his ski house in Vermont and more recently for his son David during Franz's last months. Franz was a one-of-a-kind man and I owe him a lot for helping me get started in property management. He lived a long and colorful life- my sympathy and condolences to his family.
