Not sure what to say?

Fred was an unusual fine man, gracious, soft spoken and humble, it is a blessing to have known Fred and his lovely wife .They are missed.May they Rest In Peace .

Dear Jane,
We were so saddened to hear of Fred's death. We know it must have been a terrible shock to you and your family.
We haven't seen him in years but we have only lovely memories of that dear, sweet man.
The first time I remember meeting him came down to attend our wedding in Virginia in 1963. I remember my parents saying how much they enjoyed meeting and talking with him, and he was their favorite of all of Russ's Harvard friends.
One of our favorites...

In memory of Fred Arnold

Dear Jane,

So sorry to hear about your Dad. I'll be out of town over the weekend and unable to attend but please know my thoughts are with you. Your Dad was a great man, I was honored to have known him.

With sympathy,

Betty Van Uum

My deepest sympathy to the family. Fred was a childhood friend as we grew up in Mexico, MO. In our high school days Fred and I loved to discuss many different things from opposing views. We had some great times in Betty Baker's class. He was a great friend and I always enjoyed seeing him at Class Reunions. He will be missed by many.

I always have known that Fred was brilliant and oh so very kind to all. What a remarkable life filled with wonderful achievements. It is a privilege to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with you who are his legacy. Love, Marian Wikle White

Deeply sorry for your loss! You and the family are in my families prayers!
