We have always had a unique fondness for not only Fred, but Fred and Shirley and the entire family. He was a unique, strong, admirable, and engaging guy who always had an impact on us. He always made us feel like good friends. We send our sympathies to all the Baldwins and we will miss Fred.

Time with Fred was always a gift. He was a supremely supportive mentor as a Library Board Member and as a friend. His input was invaluable and his task-orientation was unparalleled. I will sorely miss his smile, his laughter and the ever-present twinkle in his eye. My sincere condolences to his family and all who had Fred in their lives.
