Jane and family, I am so sorry to learn of Fred's passing. We were good friends going back to shared Nautical Adventures and Harborfest days - lots of fun memories there. We were all a great group back then - did a lot for our beloved Norfolk. He was always devoted to his family and friends and for that he will be best remembered. Fair winds and following seas, Fred.
