He was a wonderful man that left many good memories with those that had the good fortune to know him~my sister Anna Badeaux enjoyed working for him and will miss him dearly - he always treated her fairly and with dignity and respect - she never failed to mention whenever we spoke that she was blessed to work for such a wonderful person ~ Anna Badeaux ~ her family and myself - want his family to know how special he was and that he will be missed ~ but never forgotten~ wishing his family peace...

Elaine, you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Fred was loved so much! There are really no words to express this lost! The world is a sadder place without him. I personnaly will miss him telling everybody what to do, his humorous practical jokes and of course "his laugh".... I remember when David first met him and Fred starting laughing, David thought, "Oh my goodness whats wrong?!!" he thought he was choking....
