Not sure what to say?

My heart and prayers are with you. May God give you peace and Joy. Love, Kathy

The last time I saw Mr Brandt he was battling those moles in his yard on Evergreen St. I saw him in the yard as I drove by my childhood home, now owned by someone I don't know.
I stopped the car and approached him, told him who I was and he immediately remembered me.
I loved your whole family. You were a place to escape to , to feel loved and cared about.
My Brandt called me "Tootsie", his nick name for me. I always felt special around him. He was that kind of person!

Hello Bev,
I live in Alabama and check the obituaries online a few times a week. I felt so sad when I read your father's name. I feel like my childhood memories are disolving before me. I used to go to the hardware store with daddy and your father was always so friendly and always had a big smile on his face. I remember once daddy came home with a huge loaf of French bread and mom commented that he must have been hungry for bread. Dad said, "Mom - you said to stop and get bread." ...

I am so sorry for you loss.

So sorry to hear of your loss.
