Fred passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017. Fred was a resident of Campobello, South Carolina at the time of passing. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Thursday March 2 2017 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Friday March 3 2017 at Petty Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev.
