Fred was born on May 26, 1948 and passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019. Fred was a resident of Laramie, Wyoming at the time of passing. He was raised in Medicine Bow, and graduated from Lander High School. Fred was drafted into the Vietnam War where he served in the US Army. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2019 at Montgomery Stryker Funeral Home, with military honors. Fred was a great man and a dedicated Director/Instructor and employee at Wyo Tech. His dedication helped put Wyo Tech on the map as the Best Auto/Diesel school in the country. A humble man, he was always concerned about doing the best for all the students. He was a huge part of Wyo Tech's success. I loved Fred Cruickshank and will miss him.
