I am so sorry to read of Fred's passing this afternoon. I am out of town this week, but I wanted to let you all know I am certainly thinking of you both.
I knew Fred through the Mary Rice class. We had many wonderful conversations about my travel for the gov and he shared memories he had of his experiences. When he heard we were going to France, he always said "Bon Jour" and spoke to me in French.
What a nice man! We will miss him at First...
