Not sure what to say?

I came across Mr. Duncan obituary. I thought alot of him and cried when you all left Roxboro Nc. . I will see him again one day as well as my father who died dec 23 1986. Mr Duncan passed away on my father birthday. He will be missed by all the people life he touched. I hop you all will have a great new year. Kenneth M Montgomery Roxboro Nc.

I would love go hear sing again and I will one day when I shall see him again in heaven.

Kenneth Montgomery Roxboro NC

He ment alot to me when I was a kid and member of Roxboro Baptist Church. I was thinking about him today when one of members was singing the lighthouse. It was one of his songs he had on one of his first recordings. I have since lost that tape but I will always remember him and his family.

My task today is to talk to my Cub Scout den about their duty to God. One of the exercises is to identify a person whose faith and duty to God you admire. I thought of Mr. Fred Duncan. They won't know who he is, but they will know that I admire him as a man of faith who exemplified the things I am trying to teach them with the scout law: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.

We thank God for the years of Fred Duncan's faithful service to the Lord. He is now in Heaven's Choir singing in his wonderful tenor voice.

Our family will always remember Fred Duncan as a Godly, loving, family man. He was always such an encouragement to me. My children loved going to see Mr. Duncan. I remember when he would sing at Shades Mountain Baptist, and he always got a standing ovation. He will be greatly missed. We send our prayers for God's comfort and peace to his precious family.

Mr. Fred Duncan was my bank client for years. He will truly be missed by many of us. Praying for strength and peace for his family.
