Not sure what to say?

Jean and Fazmily; Fred was a guy everybody liked in high school.
'While we wserre not close friends, I always admired him. Our prayers go out to you. He was az great person.
Bob Hubbard Albuquerque, NM

Our deepest condolences to all of you. I can't really remember a time when I didn't know Fred. He always had a great attitude that was accompanied by his smile. He was always willing to pitch in and help, wherever it was needed. May his soul rest in peace.

Jean and family, My wife and I sympathize with your loss. Fred and I had a lot of useless but happy times growing up and I remember clearly how much I loved to listen to him play the piano. We rode up and down 66 in his grandfather's old 40 ford which wasn't that old at the time. I am glad his pain and suffering are over and he has gone to better times in a better place. Pat and Nannette Hurley

Fred and I roomed together in college for one semester. Some of the best times of my young life. We had one class together and that was square dancing. I don't know about Fred but I never square dance since.I lost contact with him for ll so many years but through the inter-net we got to visit each other . I will miss his notes and jokes. Tom Laritson

When I think of Tucumcari one of my first memories are that of "Freddie" Fields. My memories of Fred are that of a carefree, jolly guy with a most infectious laugh. He was fun to be around and always had a smile. May you have comfort in knowing he is now at peace. My prayers and thoughts are with each of you at this sad time.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends. May many happy memories keep him in your heart.

Fred will be missed by all that knew him well. One of the gang that ran around and would meet at his house playing the paino and having fun. Fred was my college roommate at NMSU for a semester and we make several hunting trips with his dad any my dad in the Gila forrest deer hunting. He has had a good life and there are only a few of the old gang left. Rest in Peace and my deepest sympathy goes to his wife Jean.

Seems like yesterday we were high school kids. May your happy memories comfort you. -Sondra Anice Barnes (Sondra Grau)

I still see Fred with his tall boots playing the piano. Nice memory of a true "good guy." my deepest sympathies.
