I am very sorry to read this just now about Fred. My mom Joanne Connolly worked for him and was very fond of Fred and his wife Paula. I am so very sorry for your loss. My mother Joanne passed away on May 7, 2023. I am Joanne´s daughter Donna Bowen.

Fred was a good friend and neighbor for over 10 years. When we moved into our new home in 2013, the movers left and we were in a sea of boxes. Then a strange man with an arm load of blue prints banged on the door. "I built this house," Fred said, as he came in and pointed out his design features. Through the years we talked current events in Annapolis-he was an expert on city code and permitting-and dogs. I know he had at least three golden retrievers named Kieko. I know two of...
