Not sure what to say?

Fred and I were in the third grade together at Abernethy Grade School in 1942-1943. I never forgot what a superb kid and friend Fred was. Sometimes he would take me to his home where is parents and other relatives were all speaking Chinese. I was wide-eyed because I didn't understand anything they said and was in a different world. I'm sorry for his family and friends. It's been 76 years since I last saw Fred in the 3rd grade but I never forgot him.

Dear Fong family,
Sending prayers and thinking of you.
Magda, Mon, and Monica

A pleasure to have been able to work with Fred, he was a very special guy.

My heart goes out to Rick, and the rest of his family. I only had the pleasure of meeting Fred a few times, but he was always sweet to me. I know Rick spent countless hours, days, weeks, months, years caring for his dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you

I have fond memories of Fred from our days working together at Consolidated Freightways. Sharing breaks and lunches together...Fred was a always good friend. He cared about family, friends, and others much more than he cared about the Blazers. And he loved the Blazers!

I was a caregiver of Fred for 10 months at Greenhills Adult Foster Home. He was a good guy and the funniest resident that I have taken cared of. He was always appreciative of everything. Caregivers called him "Papa Fred" and he liked it. Surely he will be missed.

My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to the family!

Fred worked for me at Consolidated Freightways and he was always a great employee. I enjoyed our discussions about the Blazers. My condolences to the family.

Fred was a great man and coworker at CF. I played golf with him one year in the company tournament. Almost hit him with my ball and he just laughed at it ;-) I printed daily and monthly reports for him on paper and microfiche for years. God bless the Fong family.

I knew Fred from the Consolidated Freightways days. He was good person and well liked. My condolences to the family.
