We are so sad to hear of Fred´s passing

Our Deepest Sympathy We hope that good memories Comfort all of you and bring you peace

My condolences to Linda and the Franco family. Fred was the first person I met on the Jupiter/Juno beach walk. Being proud Norte Dame alumni he noticed my University of Miami and Purdue swag. I always enjoyed our conversations while walking. All the walkers, runners and cyclists referred to Fred as the Mayor of the beach walk. My highlight of our friendship was meeting his wife Linda at our happy hour meet up which would organized. He was so proud of his family. I am so blessed that our...

To Fred's family: I am incredibly sorry for your loss. I will remember Freddy as a kind, principled man with a warm smile and a joyful glint in his eyes. I will keep his family in my prayers.

Rest comfortably in the Arms of God for eternity Fred. It was absolutely great working with you while you were at the prosecutor's office. May the Lord bless you and your family.

We were saddened to learn of Fred´s passing. I remember Fred as a loving father, husband, and huge sports enthusiast. I first met him coaching Kelly in 5 th grade. It is hard to lose a spouse, father, and a grandmother father. Praying that fond memories bring comfort during times of sadness. Ann & Don Zaprazny etal.

So sad to hear of the passing of Fred. He was a pleasure to work with May he rest in peace.

Fred was one of my best friends. We worked together in the Essex County Prosecutor´s Office for many years and continued our friendship when we both retired. (Over 52 years). Fred started in our office around 1973 along with a mutually good friend, Kevin Kelly. Fred was one of the best prosecuting attorneys the office ever had. The smile you see on Fred´s face in the included picture was one of his best trademarks as this truly describes the way he was at all times. Friendly, gregarious and...
