Patricia Fuscoe my deepest condolences...my name is Lou Tubbs and I was at your house once and spoke to you several times over the last five or six years on the phone...Fred was my coworker in maintenance at Graftech till I left there in 2014...Fred Randy and I sure had a lot of good times and to top it off we are all prior military...God has a strong Marine to guard out evil and we all are better people to have known Fred...R.I.P. Marine!!!
