I live in Rochester, NY but heard of Fred's passing from my brother Joe who resides in Florida. Joe and Fred were in the same year at GAR. I worked with Fred at the Westinghouse shop which later changed hands several times. There was never a dull moment at the shop when Fred was around. I ran into Fred at Lowe's just before leaving for Rochester in 2014.
