I am so sorry for your loss Kelly. My thoughts and condolences to you and your family

I live in Rochester, NY but heard of Fred's passing from my brother Joe who resides in Florida. Joe and Fred were in the same year at GAR. I worked with Fred at the Westinghouse shop which later changed hands several times. There was never a dull moment at the shop when Fred was around. I ran into Fred at Lowe's just before leaving for Rochester in 2014. If I were still in the Wilkes-Barre area, I would most certainly offer my condolences to his family so please except them through this...

Dear Jeff and family, So sorry to hear of Fred's passing. He was a great husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by many. RIP Fred.

How do describe Fred? The most unique, friendly and loving man I was privileged to know as a friend. I will miss him but always remember him. God´s blessings always Fred.
