Not sure what to say?

Dear Joan & family, Fred's smile & wave while he was driving around Lodi will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathy. The Wick Family

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Mr Hallett was a brilliant and resourceful man. His contributions to the town of Lodi will not be forgotten. When I think of him I see him in his truck driving around the roads of Lodi as he often seemed to do... just checking to make sure all was well in his town. It was a privilege to have known him and on the few occasions I had an opportunity to chat with him he gave me quite an education on this area. My condolences to Mrs. Hallett and his family. He will be missed!

Joan, You have been so kind to me. My prayers are with you and your family at this time. Millie Colburn

I was only 22 years old when I first met Fred Sr., one rainy morning in April. His office door was always open to me and he took the time from his busy day to educate me. While he wanted to appear tough, he was always kind, and patient with me. He would always greet me with "What's doing kid?" I will keep him and his wonderful family in my prayers.
God bless you all.
