Fred was such a great man. I had the pleasure of knowing him through SIRE and through the Special Children's Committee of HLSR. He will truly be missed.
I know he's up in Heaven right now riding horses with Jesus through the great meadow in the sky!
Prayers to the whole family.

My Dearest Chris;
Fred and I will forever remeber the great moments we had with Fred at
Sire. I would lead Try and Fred (my husband) would tenderly hold your Fred in position while he rode with such diginity and enjoyment.
His courage was an inspiration to us.
We join your large circle of friends who will miss Fred.
May you feel the love, and in his memory you will discover the rich legacy he has left you and find comfort.
Sincerely
...
