Don was a dear friend to my family,
especially to my daddy,the late
Charles (Gene) Reed. As a little girl
I always enjoyed his many stories of
hunting wild game and his many travels.
Don was a character ! Although he
acted indifferent he would give the shirt off of his back to help someone.
I saw through that thick exterior as a
kid. I asked Don to visit daddy near the end as dad was bedridden and cancer
