Fred was born on July 8, 1931 and passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019. Fred was a proud retired member of the US Army National Guard, with 31 years of service. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond Street, Hingham. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Fred's name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 455 Montgomery Ave., Suite 1100N.
