In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. I will always remember the day Uncle Fred walked me down the Isle smiling bright and saying "alright girl get it together ain't no turning back now". Uncle Fred is in a better place now, He will be missed but never forgotten.

I want to express my sympathy to the Lacey Family. Fred was a good man with a great sense of humor. I had the pleasure of working with him at John Marshall School #20 in Elizabeth. I remember seeing Fred lead the Martin Luther King March to commemorate Dr. King's Birthday in Elizabeth, NJ. Fred will be missed but he will be remembered by his good deeds and most of all his love for God.

Fred was a grand person.I was deeply saddened to hear he was called home to glory. He is now in a better place that he worked so diligently for. Fred was loved by many of his co-worker at the Elizabeth Board of Education. He was loved by many of the children at school # 20. I want to extend my condolences to Rev. Lacey and family. Life is too short to wake up with regrets, so love the people who treat you right ,and forget about the one's who don't.
