Not sure what to say?

Lori & family -- What to say - so hard to find the words. Fred was an amazing man...so many things...husband, father, brother, coach, mentor, comedian and the list goes on. We will always remember the wonderful years with Fred...through all the years of Harwood softball and summers in ASA tournaments with our daughter. We have such wonderful & fun memories. And then we still had to catch a few games after our daughter was done at Harwood - it was always good to see the new talent Fred was...

The gifts that are expressed, by one and all is the true meaning of what it was to know Fred LaRock. There are no dim lights, only burning embers of his star in heaven which shines so bright. Kris Kingsbury

Linda and I send to the LaRock family our deepest sympathies and prayers. We first met Fred during LL All-star competition, and he always presented himself as a professional, both, on and off the field. Later, Fred and several others built the LL organization into a very solid group, and as the new District Administrator the Valley became one of our very dependable organizations with which to hold tournaments. We are so very saddened to read of Fred's passing. His hearty laughs will be missed...

It wasn't the first game I played in,...

My condolences to the entire LaRock family. You can all rest assured that the river of tears being shed for Fred is equal parts sadness that is gone and joy for having known him. Many of us knew Fred as a softball coach but he was more than that. While he may have been developing young athletes on the surface, his lessons extended far beyond the playing field. He instilled in his players the ability to think just a little bit more deeply, fight just a little bit harder and ultimately be...
