Not sure what to say?

I only knew Fred long-distance, as an outstanding craftsman in camera repair. I continue to use a Super Graphic 4x5 that he overhauled and made "like new" for me. He "knew his stuff," told it "the way it was," and gave his best to every repair job. His legacy is excellence and encouragement. I still miss knowing he is "out there" to help me if needed.

Anita - Ruth and I have fond memories of the great times you and Fred provided on the Euro Rally's. We have frequently talked about those great times. Fred was certainly fist class in every way.

Anita,

We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Fred will always be in our thoughts.

We have pictures of you both in our hallway image frame that Mom set up a long time ago so we walk by the images of you and Fred daily.

We have been trying to phone you, reno, without any luck.

If there is anything you need please let us know.

Like many others, I only knew Fred through letters and by telephone. He was a gracious and very interesting man. He refurbished two Graphic cameras and answered many questions for me. I always enjoyed my conversations with him. He will be very missed. My condolences to his dear wife and family.

Yesterday my sister,Louise, read me the sad news about Fred passing on. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. You and Fred had 64 happy and adventurous years together, which is a blessing.

I"m sorry we lost touch. I still remember how you and Fred met at Camp Marwadel at the Boys' Club Camp where Bob was a lifeguard. You sprained your ankle and Fred carried you around- how sweet that was!

My best to you. I hope you find some comfort as the days go by.

Fred was easy to talk to and eager to share knowledge with those willing to learn.

He'll be missed even by those of us that never met him, but had the pleasure to speak with him or read what he shared online.

His contributions to the Graflex owners of the world touched all of us. And for that we thank him, and offer our condolences to his wife and family.

Anita and family.
We were sorry to read of Fred's passing. Our thoughts are with you. Vivian and Charles Kettering
