Doctor Margolis, Was my dentist from when I was kid till I turned 19. Just such nice guy and great Dentist. He cared for all is patients with kindness and treated everyone the same with respect. I am heart broken here about his passing 5 years later. I lost contact with him 6 years ago. I heard he was sick. Two his wife and sons my deepest condolences! God Bless Jason Burdette

Dr. Margolis has been an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry's Department of Pediatric Dentistry since 2008, as well as being a long-time friend and supporter of the department's activities. He made a difference with his life, and will be missed by all his colleagues.

Fred was passionate about the dental profession, pediatric dentistry and lasers in particular. His zest for teaching and for education was self evident and I never saw him "down". Dr Margolis was someone that was easy to love for the way he always was so positive....I will miss our talks anytime I saw him at a dental laser meeting. My sincerest condolences to your family...he will be missed.
