Not sure what to say?

Phyllis and family, you are in our prayers. We know how difficult it is to deal with the death of a child. We will continue to keep you in our prayers.
Your old neighbor, David Bowman (and his wife Janey)

Fred was a true supporter of the Chamber of Commerce and Seymour. His artistry improved the image of Seymour with the great looking bicycle racks downtown and the large bicycle art on Tipton next to CVS. No matter how bad he felt, he worked to make Seymour's image good for his fellow citizens and our guests. A super guy.
