So sorry to hear about the passing of Fred. My husband Mike Swistak worked with Fred years ago at Quabbin Wire. They became fast friends. I have fond memories of the day we got our yellow lab "Yogi" from one of Fred's sons. He was a GREAT dog!! Mike too has passed on...lost his 16 month battle with pancreatic cancer on April 17th, 2010 at the age of 48. I bet and believe both Mike and Fred are happy to see each other and are enjoying each others company. May they both rest in peace, and watch...
