Not sure what to say?

I was sorry to hear of Fred's passing. He was my Drafting instructor in the early 70's and also taught my son in the late 80's. He was a fine man and a good Christian. I will miss him.

I love you Fred. You taught me so much. Have a great time with eternity.

To the grandfather you were to me, I love you and will miss you.

Rest Fred, until you hear at dawn,
the low, clear reveille of God.

Thank you for your service to this nation.

Dearest Glenda and family. As we say farewell to yet another of God's special warriors, I think back of the 40 years I've watched Fred Moats walking through the halls of CCC, attending my parents anniversary parties, then their funerals. He always had such a tall, quiet, kind presence. I'll miss that, but I'm rejoicing in the knowledge that he is now In the presence of our Lord and he and my dad are probably talking for hours! I send my prayers for you all that you will feel God's comfort...

learned to care enough to do my very best on
every project. I took what you gave me and
turned it into a career lasting nearly 30 years at Pizza Hut Corporate. Heck, you are the one that told me there was job for me out...

Now the world, who may not know our Lord, have another opportunity, through Fred, to learn of His saving grace. Fred was such an evangelist! Everywhere he went he shared about our Lord and that He died on the cross to save those who would come to Him. Fred has his reward now (and I am SO jealous!) He and Don are having a great reunion!

Fred Moats was a dear brother in Christ to me. He provided much strength in my weaker times in life at the Central Drafting College where he taught when I first met him. He also personally took me and two other students to his church to get baptized into Christ. Later on, he encouraged me to help him occasionally at the Union Rescue Mission, giving my testimony or leading songs. He was a pillar of strength and I loved him for the example of faith he showed me. He performed the ceremony...
