Fred W. Montague

I would like to thank the heavenly father for giving me the opportunity to meet a great man that he created, Fred W. Montague. Also giving him life through serving in the US Navy World War II Veteran. Meeting Fred at Ganley C.D.J.R. INC. of Bedford my place of work. From there we became buddies for life. What a great personality. I wish the heavenly father had given me the chance to meet Sunshine. Although I felt like I've already met her through the family they raised. What a awesome...

Fred I am so sorry for your loss.

It was such a gift to have known Fred for so many years. He was always so proud of his wife and children and grandchildren. And he was so grateful for the life he had been given from Oswego to WWII duty in the Pacific, to years of service at UHFD, as he also took care of maintenance at the apartments while raising a family with Sunshine. Rest in peace, Fred. You will be missed.

Fred was a solid and knowledgeable firefighter/leader. I always enjoyed working with him. R.I.P. my friend, now you're with Sunshine for eternity. Jim Kroupa
