It was fun to talk to you about your background in joining the Ceser Chavez Organization, and helped desgning and painting artwork, murals, publications ect. Created art on motorcycles and custom cars, in Lowrider Magazine! And did artwork for the movie, BLOOD IN, BLOOD OUT" teaching actor Jesse Borrego some of the airbrush techniques. Fred you did alot in your life. We will miss you. God Bless.

Unconditional love for a man who loved his Mom and did his best to take very good care of her. Though I did not see my Uncle often, I saw his love for his Mom and know he loved his family. His love was more than just his love for being a blessed and inspiring artist. We will always live for your loving memory Uncle Fred! The Binky Dinky Payans!

We will miss you not as a artist and a member but as a good person who helped changed the history of art in California. Thank you and God be with you, R.I.P., Fred.

Freddie was a wonderful human being a lot of fun. I met freddie at the marquis lounge many years ago and I have many good memories of good times. R.I.P My friend. You will be missed.
