He and Ruby loved talking about how they met (he was a guy with a beautiful voice:). we prayed together in Belarus first and then in Dallas, we cheered for the Cowboys and I helped to clean home windows after the game. This morning I woke up thinking of my own parents, Laura, and Ike, and the special friends they once had in their lives. My thoughts were of Ruby and Fred. All those years when they would get together and laugh, and sing as Fred played the piano. My parents loved Ruby, and Fred! They were both just the most wonderful couple, and a treasure to you if you were blessed to call either of them friend. They met in church when they were both just young married couples. The years have passed by...
