Freddie was one of the first people I met when moving to Baton Rouge in 1957. He lived on Ropollo near my aunt and uncle. It was tough being the new kid in town and Freddie was very accepting and kind; it was appreciated and never forgotten. Rest in peace, my friend. Billy Anders, IHS'61 and LSU'65
