Not sure what to say?

My son Robert was Fred's son-in-law. While Robert's father Lou was a wonderful father, he was completely disinterested in sports.
In Fred, Robert found a second father with whom he could share his love of football, baseball, etc. They sat together often in this activity and became very close. While Fred and Corrine lived in Tarrytown, Debra and Robert spent every weekend with them. I shall remember Fred's wonderful personality, his sweet smile and courage in the face of so many...

I just wish I could have visited with Fred more often. Although we didn't see each other often enough, I consider him a true Brother of mine.
He was a very courageous man who didn't let much bother him. If it wasn't for him I know I wouldn't be here today, including 13 others in the prison camp and the German farm where we were like slaves for many months.
Fred was the man we depended upon so much for help. Fred, even today is a 'MAN FOR ALL SEASONS". I will remember him always as...

Fred was an extraordinary and rare person whom I came to know by chance when six years ago we bought the last remaining lot with a view and contiguous to Fred's. We have been a part time resident a couple of weeks here and there but soon we became not only friendly neighbor but also genuine friends sharing many realities of life.

Even during our short visits, Fred and Corrine always found time to have dinner at our club house with many jokes, laughter and surprises we have to deal...

I was seventeen when I met Teddy and Freddy. I married Teddy on April 11, 1948 and Freddy became our best man. They were inseparable; partners in mischief. And as time went by and we all lived our lives, we always ended up getting back together. I saw Fred and Corrine last year since we always seemed to get together at least once when I was in Florida. Fred never complained. We'd speak every once in a while and he never complained about his health. They say old friends are the best...

Fred was our dear friend for 17 years. We spent vacations and our Sunday Mornings at POPPIES were the highlight of our week. He always had a good story or joke, and our discussions were the best. If you go through life gaining a few friends you are very lucky. Fred was one of them. We will miss him. His memory will remain in our hearts forever.

Although I only had the pleasure of knowing Fred for the last seven years, we bcame good friends.Fred , Leonard and I looked forward to our twice weekly golf games. None of us would qualify for the tour, but we just had a lot of fun. It was just fun being on the course with Fred. I never ceased to be amazed by Fred`s cheerfulness every time we were together in spite of his many health problems. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word.I will miss that daily wave and smile and the stories...

Uncle Fred was a wonderful role model. He approached life with a smile and always saw the positive side of every situation. He was a great husband, father and brother. I loved being with him and especially hearing him sing the Passover Haggadah songs and presenting his poems and songs at special family events. He will be sorely missed by all.
