May God continue to comfort the family, hold dear and near the memories that you shared with your beloved one. God pick a rose from the Garden and said well done. I pray that the love and comfort of each of you will ease the pain of your loss. Look to the hills from which come your help and your help comes from the LORD.

From the late 70's well into the 2000's Fred was a smiling face at the federal courthouse. Great fellow, great friend, privileged to have known him. His good humor and warm welcome will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
Rest In peace Fred

I met Fred years ago as a youngish lawyer. He was unfailingly friendly and supportive. He had a real interest in the justice system, and a strong personal sense of justice. We were lucky to have him at the courthouse all those years. He was a fine man, and his family has my most sincere condolences. Allan Holmes

Will miss him dearly! He was a very positive role model for me and my children when he lived on Kenilworth Avenue in the city of Charleston. He may be gone from us in the flesh, but he left a loving glowing flame of what he stood for and accomplished for all of us in our hearts! He is resting in our fathers arms now so we need not worry about him but hope that we too can meet him with the Lord one day.
God bless,
