Fred Toves PORTSMOUTH - Fred Toves, 65, of the 5000 block of Reese Drive North, died Nov. 19, 2008. A final rosary will be held today at 6 p.m. in the family's residence, 3328 Bruin Drive, Chesapeake. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is in charge.
