I know you are watching over me, you taught me alot about everything and was always there to lend a helping hand. miss ya everyday buddy. See you on the other side.

Still miss him every day but he taught me to be strong. What a great friend to have, see you on the other side buddy.

We deeply regret his passing, we remember those hunting trips we had with him, and his inspiration. Our thoughts and our prayers go out to the Underwood family, God bless you, Angie and the kids.

FRED YOU ALWAYS HAD YOUR MIND SET ON SOMETHING AND YOU NEVER STOPPED VENTURING OUT TO FIND IT. I AM SO GLAD YOU FOUND ME AGAIN AFTER ALL THOSE YEARS. I haven't seen Fred for many many years, but Fred was loved by all of us. I also remember the days of "The Valley" the real valley, Golden Valley. Oh those were the days. Boy, what a crew we were. Yikes. What a really great guy. Hey Fred, save me a spot. Bridgette Barrett-Wade. Red Bluff Ca.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of Fred's family.
Although we have not seen Fred for years, we have and always will consider him a great friend. Some of our fondest memories of Fred include driving around the valley in his car, sitting in his room after school listening to Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and Foghat, but the most vivid memory of Fred will always be his smile and laughter. No matter what, he was always able to make us smile and laugh.
We will miss him and cherish...
