Not sure what to say?

Fred was a wonderful guy. I enjoyed his Presidency at the HVCLC and learned a great deal from him. I loved him and shall miss him very much.

Fred was one of my best friends . We had a lot of good times together. I will miss him a lot.

Fred was one of the last of a dying breed, a true union democrat. I am very proud to have known him and i don't believe he can ever be replaced.
May god bless you always. Don Stout , local 252
brother.

I had the pleasure of knowing Fred since I became an electrician in 1958. He was a good friend of my father Henry Foor, also an electrician, and was a good union man who helped many of us through the years.

Herbert Foor, Grayling, MI (formerly of Jackson, MI)

I am the county engineer for the Hillsdale County Road Commission. I've known Fred for a long time. He always came to regional or statewide road commission functions, and of course, it was hard to miss him. He was always the one to ask the tough questions, and firmly stood for what he believed. He will be deeply missed by the Washtenaw CRC and his neighboring road commission family. There will never be another road commissioner like Fred. I'm very sorry for your loss, but I'm comforted...

Fred was one of those persons who presence in a room was noticed immediately. He was a strong advocate and a strong opponent, always striving to make whatever it was stronger and better. He has left a legacy for our communities. Thank you for sharing him with many of us. Sincerely,

Thank you for all the good times. Truly a privilege to have known such a fine human being. God Bless.
