It was an honor knowing Fred. He was a very kind and caring man. Ciara always talked about him and the "dates" he used to grow. She was very sad to have heard he died, but when I told her God was ready for him to grow dates in heaven she was satisfied that he's going to be alright.

I lost another friend last Wednesday. I was working at 4:00 in the morning. When I got out of the truck I looked up at the sky and saw a perfect full moon and the most beautiful ring around the moon I ever saw. At that moment I knew my father had died.
