Not sure what to say?

Fred was my first cousin. I have many memories of him, my Aunt Helen and Joan. So sorry to hear of his passing.

Lake Vermilion has lost a longtime and well respected member of its family. Our deepest sympathies to Marilyn and the extended Wenzel family.

Mrs. Wenzel, my favorite English teacher, I am so sorry about your loss. I hope the special memories and precious experiences from your life together sustain you during this difficult time. You will always hold a dear place in my heart from my time at Dixie High. Prayers to you and your family! Matt Fowler

Your family is in our thoughts and prayers .

I am saddened to learn that Fred (or Derf as we use to refer to him) has passed. Fred started my career at H. Wenzel Tent and Duck Company and later Kellwood, which lasted until my retirement about 9 years ago. Fred, his dad Herman, and his uncles Fred W and Bill were some of the best people I have ever know. God bless his family. I will never forget him.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family of Fred Herman Wenzel during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. Psalm 116:15

Fred was an exceptional man. I'm so sorry for all the Wenzel family.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. Losing a loved one can be extremely hard. May you find peace and comfort in knowing the fact that God longs to bring back those who are in His memory and to see them live on earth again. Job 11 : 14 , 15
