Not sure what to say?

Dear Pat and family,

As I sat and read Tabitha's update, I was so sad to read about Fred.
Jens knew he was ill, but it is always a shock to hear that someone dear has passed on. He will be missed by so many. Please know that we hold you all in our prayers. I hope you find the comfort and loving memories to fill all your lifetimes.

Papa, you were truly my hero. One of my fondest memories was sitting on the green porch swing up at the Minnesota house with You and my 2 cousins. you called us the triplets since we were all within a year of each other. Another was, as a child, having you do the "face change" where you'd slide your hand up and you'd laugh and laugh and slide it down and give the biggest frowns of all frowns. It always put me into a fit of laughter and I'm so happy that you got to share that with my daughters...

Mike & Family:

Sorry to hear about Fred, a man who had fought cancer to the very end. Sure enjoyed the years of tennis with him. My condolescences to you and yours.

Fred was so much to so many people! To me he was a great role model that always stresses the importance of strong family ties. He also taught me many lessons in humility on the tennis court. Although I had not seen Fred in years I still have many great memories!!!!! Thank you!!!

To the family know that you dad, husband, grandfather, etc. Will be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We know how much Fred's family meant to him and how much you all will miss him.
Our hearts go out to you in this time of sorrow.

A true loss for all of us! There is the date of birth and a date of death, but it's the DASH between that tells the story of life of our dear Fred who gave us all a Huge Dash! Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sharon & Gordy
