Died Oct. 20, 2007 Freda Martin Bates, 66, of Scottsboro died Wednesday. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hytop Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today.
