MEMPHIS, Mo. -- Freda Lay Cook, 95, of Memphis, died May 9, 2011, in Scotland County Care Center, Memphis. Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Payne Funeral Chapel, Memphis. Visitation will be one hour before the service on Thursday.
