Freda Harper

Freda was born on June 2, 1934 and passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019. Freda was a resident of Williamstown, West Virginia at the time of passing. Freda graduated from Parkersburg High School. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday at the Williams Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Michael Horner officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery Visitation will be 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 on Monday at William Creek Baptist Church and for one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
