I'm Frank Skiles - June and I have two things in common. We are both Okies from Oklahoma - and we both were lucky enough to marry Kansans. The best two that Kansas had to offer, in fact.
June's husband Meade was my best man when I married Darlene MClure - Meade' cousin. Meade married June the year after I married Darlene. June fitted well into the McClure family - I'll brag a little and say that I fit as well into the McClure family, too.

Meade was my mom's cousin. We played at their house in Point Richmond when we were children. Meade was a big old guy. He and his wife were very nice. I had the pleasure of chatting with him at my parents 50th wedding anniversary. There's a lot of nice McClure's around. I'm proud to call them family! - Loyd Skiles

My sympathies to June's family. I grew up hearing stories about Mead and June from my my father, Jim McClure and aunt, Darlene McClure Skiles. I pray God grants you comfort during this difficult time.
