Mr. Freddie Lee Hall, a native of Mobile, AL, born February 3, 1940 departed this life on December 13, 2015. He is the son of the late Garrett Hall and Lula Carter, and stepfather, Clarence Carter, Sr. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Burnell Busby; son, Frederick Hall; stepdaughter, Sharon Daniely; stepson, Adrian Busby; and sister, Mildred Giles.
Freddie's free spirit and joy for life was sealed in eternity when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior this year. He will be remembered for his humorous and fun-loving spirit that always made him the life of the party. Freddie served diligently as an employee of the University of South Alabama where he retired after a long and distinguished career.
His fun and generous spirit will be remembered and cherished by his children, Linda Hall-Harper, John Hall, Pamela Davis, and Cedric (Veronica) Busby of Mobile, AL; and stepchildren, Linda (Leonard) Jewell, Donna (Fredrick) Jessie, Cassandra (Carl) White, and Lateria Busby and like a daughter, Dorothy Scott; two brothers, Johnnie (Juanita) Hall of Mt. Vernon, NY, Clarence (Ivy) Carter, Jr. of San Diego, CA; one sister, Beverly Williams of Mobile, AL; sister-in-law, Bobbie (Tobe deceased) Dansley, Netha (Lymon) Johnson; brother-in-law, Carl (Loretta) Williams; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Freddie's life legacy will be one of laughter, perseverance, and generosity that will serve as inspiration for all who love and remember him.
